data we process

  • quote request and contact: name, email, phone, company, comment and the products in your cart;
  • source of the request: the first and the most recent pages viewed, the referring site and utm tags;
  • technical data: IP address, browser, time of request (hosting server logs);
  • analytics and marketing: only with your consent in the cookie notice.

purposes and legal bases

  • preparing a quote and fulfilling an order — steps before and for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • business correspondence, source of requests, site security — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • invoices and accounting — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
  • analytics (Google Analytics) and marketing (Meta Pixel, YouTube videos) — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

recipients

We do not sell data. Data goes only to providers that help us: site hosting (Vercel), delivery of requests by email (Resend) and as a message to our managers (Telegram), analytics (Google), marketing (Meta), video (YouTube), the map on the contact page (CARTO), and carriers for delivery. Some of them process data outside the EEA; in that case an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses apply.

retention

We keep requests and correspondence for as long as the business relationship lasts and then for as long as claims are possible. Invoices — for as long as Polish tax and accounting law requires (as a rule 5 years after the end of the financial year). Analytics data — according to the Google Analytics settings.

cookies and browser storage

Necessary: your cookie choice and the contents of the cart are stored in your browser. Analytics and marketing load only after your consent. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser; the notice will appear again.

your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) or with the authority in your country.

obligation

Providing data is voluntary, but without a name and email we cannot send a quote. We do not make automated decisions based on your data.
