Ready-made corners for stretch ceilings

Cutting and joining a corner on site takes time and often leaves a light gap. These corners are made from the same aluminium extrusion as the straight run, so the harpoon line turns the corner cleanly. Pick the series of your straight profile – LIGHTRA for light lines, INVISIA for shadow gaps, FLOATIA for LED shadow gaps, STRATOS for two-level edges with a radius, CLASSIX for the wall-to-ceiling transition. Ready-made LIGHTRA corners for light lines

A light line needs the same channel at the corner as on the straight run. LIGHTRA corners close 90° joints, T-nodes and crosses for X015, X030, X030 S and X050. Shape is in the product name; width follows the straight profile. Other series sit under Ready-made corners.

Ready-made CLASSIX NX130 wall-ceiling corner

At the wall–ceiling transition CLASSIX needs the same channel as straight X130. Factory corner NX130 measures 170 × 50 mm and turns the harpoon line without a site mitre. Light lines and shadow gaps have their own corner groups.

Frequently asked questions

Ready-made corner or welding the membrane?

This corner continues the aluminium profile. High-frequency welding of the PVC sheet or harpoon is a different job on the membrane.

How do I pick the right corner?

Start from the straight profile on the drawing. Light line needs LIGHTRA, shadow gap INVISIA NX205, LED shadow gap FLOATIA NX302, two-level radius STRATOS, wall-to-ceiling CLASSIX NX130.

Ready-made corner or mounting bracket?

The ready-made corner extends the profile run. A mounting bracket (such as ANGLOVA) fixes the profile to the structure – a different part.
